Semester Timetable

Open Sessions:

Tuesday/Thursday: 6:00am – 9:00am (Gym 3)
Monday: 7:00pm – 10:00pm (Gym 3)
Sunday: 3:00pm – 5:30pm (Gym 3)

Beginner & Intermediate Coaching:

Wednesday: 7:00pm – 10:00pm (Gym 3)
Saturday: 3:00pm – 5:30pm (Gym 3)

Team Training:

Tuesday: 8:30pm – 10:00pm (Dance Studio)
Sunday: 10:30am – 12:00pm (Gym 3 is available from 9:00am, so feel free to come before 10:30am)

Match Fixtures:

Friday (Teams 1-4): 6:30pm – 10:00pm (Dance Studio is available from 5:00pm for a pre-fixture warm-up)
Friday (Teams 5-6): 7:00pm – 10:00pm (Gym 3)


All of our sessions are in St. Leonards Land, Gym 3 or Dance Studio (4th floor, enter via the stairs as the lift only gives access to academic facilities).
